What is VI Peel?

The aging process can cause your skin to become lax, pigmented and rough. Sun exposure and environmental assault just add to the problem. VI Peels work by exfoliating and stimulating your skin to produce new collagen.

How does it work?

The VI Peel version of a chemical peel offers you a safer alternative to more invasive exfoliation treatments. VI Peels focus on lifting and exfoliating old skin cells to allow your body to produce new cells that are newer, healthier and less pigmented. The exfoliation process also smooths the surface of your skin. It is designed to target pigmentation, acne and aging.

What to expect during your treatment?

VI Peel uses a chemical solution that is applied on the skin which then causes it to “peel off”. This exfoliates the treated area and promotes new cell growth. Most people experience a mild burning sensation for a few seconds, but it goes away quickly because of the built-in numbing solution.

What to expect after your treatment?

Peeling of the skin starts after two to three days and may continue for up to five to seven days. During this process, you will experience skin color changes (yellowish, brownish, and reddish tone). This is a normal part of the exfoliation process. Aging is inevitable but the VI Peel can make a difference in as little as 7 days.

What are the benefits of this treatment?

VI Peels are specifically formulated to rejuvenate aging skin and help prevent future damage. It softens fine lines and wrinkles. Restores a more even skin tone and smooths away rough, dry texture. It can also stimulate collagen production and new skin cells.
