Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policies

NOVA DERM INSTITUTE is committed to providing excellent customer care and quality products to meet your skin care needs. It is our mission that you are satisfied with the level of service you receive.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you forget or cancel your appointment without sufficient notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a charge. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to the appointment) will result in a fee of $50.

  • Arriving 5 to10 minutes early is recommended to complete paperwork or address any service related questions.

Refund Policy

  • There are no refunds for services, but unused or remaining treatments can be used as credit towards other services. 

  • Single Session or Packages are non-refundable and are non-transferable to another person or body part or service.

  • Any attempt to transfer a service will result in forfeiture of the paid service and you will not be entitled to a refund.

  • We do not accept returns on gift cards.

  • In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. 
  • All sales of services, packages, and membership are final. Under no circumstances are any services or payments made refundable.

Product Returns

  • We do not accept product returns due to brand partner policies. However you can sample products before purchase. 

  • Home care skin products, unopened/unused, may be returned within seven days of purchase with original sales receipt, and may be exchanged for product or credit.
